We spent one day with Heather & Ty looking at houses to get a feel for what we liked. That was enough that when a new house came on the market they called us and had us come see it immediately. They knew us well because it was perfect. We bought it that day. A few months later we put our old house on the market. It went live at 2am and we had multiple viewings by 8am and it was sold by noon at above asking price. Even after the sale they were happy to answer questions when they popped up.
